Printing: Web Offset (SWOP). 175 Line Screen. Perfect Bound. Publication Trim Size: 4.5” x 6.5”

Digital Files: Artwork files may be submitted electronically (email if the files are under 9MB, or via FTP if they area larger than 9MBs) or on CD/DVD/USB flash drive.

File Format: Press quality PDF X-1A. All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines. The color space must be CMYK. No RGB, LAB, or embedded color profiles (such as ICC profiles). Files cannot contain PMS colors, any PMS colors must be converted to CMYK. Minimum resolution of 300 dpi – 350 dpi preferred.

Proofs: Digital files without and accompanying proof included at the time of submission will be printed according to SWOP specifications. All proofs should have clear identification of the type of proof it is. Preferred proof is Epson, running color managed SWOP 3 profiles, on type 3 substrate. By choosing not to supply a SWOP certified proof with this ad submission the color reproduction of the ad will be based on industry standard best practices to achieve as accurate color as possible from the supplied digital file. If you do not supply a SWOP certified proof, a laser content proof will be required. Failure to submit a laser proof may jeopardize the final content within your ad.
